Stylish stainless steel column made of 2mm stainless steel V2A 1.4301, polished with rear removal and optional backlit house number. Integrated Comelit VIDEO complete set Wifi. Comelit video intercom is an innovative solution with features such as facial recognition, Voice commands and operation via app with your smartphone. Completely pre-programmed for easy installation - connect 2 wires and DONE!
The column is fully welded, so no rivets or screws are visible. The letterbox module is also inserted into the pillar with invisible screws. The letterbox module is made of 2mm stainless steel V2A 1.4301, grinded and can be exchanged for a new letterbox module even after many years. With extra volume and newspaper insertion flap for very large mail volume. This mailbox stele is manufactured at Briefkasten Manufaktur. Made in Germany, Bad Salzuflen.
- The mailbox module is made of 2mm stainless steel V2A 1.4301, 240 grain ground.
- Rear mail removal door 240 mm x 300 mm, to open from top to bottom. Incl. 2 keys with key number.
- Mail slot from front, dimensions of slot: W 35 cm x H 6.3 cm, C4 landscape. Very large letters fit in here without bending.
- With built-in damping elements, these let the insertion flap close slowly and quietly.
- Bell button made of stainless steel with changeable name plate, illuminated.
- The columns are equipped with modules that can be replaced later.
- Optionally with house number, backlit in white incl. EVN LED power supply / transformer IP65 12V/DC 0.1-4W for the LED lighting of the house number.
- The fully welded column is made of 2mm stainless steel V2A 1.4301, ground. Construction height is 1.70m.
- Invisible cable feed through the body is possible.
- The pillar is equipped with a base plate made of VA. This is 10 mm thick and is finished with a cover plate. This way the fixing dowels are concealed.

Camera or intercom preparation
The intercom systems must be connected by an electrician. Contact your trusted electrician for planning, mounting and installation.
Water protection
In order to achieve optimum water protection for your mail, the mailbox or mailbox system should, if possible, be located under a canopy.
Mail is only protected from water when it is completely deposited in the box and the insertion flap is closed. Mail that is not completely inserted allows moisture and dirt to enter the mailbox. Therefore, it is necessary to plan sufficiently sized mailboxes for the upcoming needs. In certain extreme weather conditions, water can still enter (according to DIN EN 13724 up to 1ccm). This is not a reason for complaint.

The Comelit complete set in detail
The (video) intercom sets from COMELIT are simply connected using 2-wire technology. This means that the existing lines can be used and there are no additional costs for laying new lines and plaster or painting work. Simply lay 2 wires from the new power supply unit in the meter cabinet to the built-in loudspeaker or to the video loudspeaker in the function box of the mailbox system, as well as 2 wires from the power supply unit to the door station in the apartment. DONE. For the WiFi function of the home station 6741W, a WLAN within range is required.
