The BASIC parcel box system from Briefkasten Manufaktur is the ideal solution for anyone who wants to enable secure and convenient parcel receipt at any time of day or night. Specially developed for use in apartment blocks, companies and public institutions, the system impresses with its sophisticated technology, high-quality workmanship and timelessly modern design. The unobtrusive appearance blends harmoniously into a wide variety of architectural styles and functionally enhances any existing letterbox system.
A special feature of this parcel box system is the mechanical parcel lock with T-handle, which enables delivery without a delivery person. The deliverer places the parcel in the open compartment, closes the door with a simple click and the lock locks automatically. Only the authorised user with the appropriate key can then open the compartment again. This simple but effective mechanism ensures maximum security - without any power connection or digital interfaces. Smart, secure and maintenance-free.
The letterbox systems in the BASIC Plus collection are characterised by the consistent use of V2A stainless steel. The result is a very long service life and sustainability. The design has been developed by our own engineers with a view to high flexibility and modularity, simple spare parts assembly and uncomplicated self-assembly. Spare parts are directly available for all BASIC Plus systems. With the BASIC parcel box system, you are opting for a durable, reliable and design-orientated solution for receiving parcels - 100% manufactured in Germany, in the letter box factory in Bad Salzuflen.

The mechanical parcel lock with T-handle
The parcel compartment with parcel lock is ideal for receiving particularly large parcels. Here, the lock is open until a delivery person inserts the parcel and closes the lock. The parcel is now secured and can be removed by the occupants by unlocking the lock. The lock now remains open so that the next delivery person can insert your parcel. This mechanism allows for very large parcel boxes and is particularly suitable for large but few (usually 1 parcel per day) parcel consignments.

Briefkasten Manufaktur only uses systems, components and individual parts from well-known manufacturers in Germany. But our customer service doesn't end with your order: After your order, you may receive a construction drawing by email as a PDF to realise your wishes down to the last detail. Your wishes will be considered in detail and even special requests that go beyond our configuration offer can be realised. After your production approval, your letterbox is customised and conveniently delivered by parcel post. Our customer service does not end here either, we ensure that the stainless steel letterboxes, letterbox systems, doorbells and lights are delivered to you in perfect condition with customised packaging.
And if you don't like a product you have purchased or something is not to your liking, you don't run any risk with us as a consumer. You can return our products within two weeks.

Every product at Briefkasten Manufaktur is customised and is only made by hand for you after you place your order. Many of our products can therefore be ordered directly in the shop with countless customisations. This is possible thanks to the modular structure, flexible prefabrication, warehousing and logistics. Individual components are already prefabricated so that very short delivery times can be achieved in some cases.
Simple installation thanks to well thought-out designs
Our letterbox systems are supplied with detailed and easy-to-understand documentation and assembly aids and are usually fully assembled within a very short time.
