WiFi function & app connectivity

This version of the LS8741 is equipped with an integrated WiFi system. After installation and the free app (available for Apple iOS and Android), you can connect the monitor to your smartphone in just a few steps. A one-off registration with the Comelit cloud is all it takes to access your indoor intercom from anywhere in the world - securely and at any time.

Image and sound are transmitted in high quality and with virtually no delay. The Comelit app makes it easy to answer door calls, make calls and open doors or gates remotely. The push function ensures that the app also provides active notifications in the background - the connection is established via WLAN and mobile networks (3G / LTE).

With the door station and the app, you can simulate presence at home, even when you are out and about. If the postman, a neighbour or an unknown visitor rings the doorbell, you can communicate via smartphone or tablet - just as if you were at home. Thanks to the combination of 2-wire technology and WiFi, the delay in receiving calls on mobile devices is only around 5 seconds.
