The ideal solution for apartment buildings
The systems in the BASIC collection are particularly suited to rental properties and apartment buildings due to their features. The systems can be fitted with many optional extras such as rain canopies. Available in steel, galvanised and powder-coated in RAL 7016 anthracite grey, RAL 9016 traffic white or DB 703 iron mica, or in stainless steel, brushed, or stainless steel, powder-coated in a RAL colour of your choice.
Letterbox manufacture to DIN/EN 13724
The letterboxes of the BASIC collection are manufactured entirely in accordance with the European DIN standard. This ensures that your post cannot be stolen and that all letterboxes meet the requirements for workmanship and weather resistance.
Sustainability: BASIC Plus
To provide increased protection from the elements and significantly improved durability and sustainability, we have developed the BASIC Plus letterbox systems. These are made entirely from V2A stainless steel and, as standard, are fitted with side panels and a rain canopy. Any component of these letterbox systems can be replaced at a later date.
Security in BASIC: The lock
A very high-quality lever lock characterises the BASIC collection. The lock has an encapsulated head with a stainless steel dust shield and a brushed finish; it is both extremely weather-resistant and robust. Each lock is fitted with its own key number. As a result, and because it is manufactured in Germany, the keys can be easily duplicated.
Your name: the nameplate on the letterbox
The letterboxes of the BASIC collection are fitted with a high-quality plastic nameplate. The use of high-quality plastics ensures long-lasting durability and weather resistance. The insert can be replaced from the front without tools; see the instructions. Alternatively, we offer high-quality stainless-steel inserts here, which we can label for you.
Quieter reception: letter flap
The BASIC letter flaps are made from stainless steel or aluminium. All letter flaps are fitted with a rubber seal or rubber buffers. This keeps the flap cushioned when post is inserted.
Letter insertion in accordance with DIN/EN 13724
The aperture is also sized in accordance with the European DIN standard. This ensures that DIN C4 envelopes can also be inserted. However, because of the insertion height and the tapering of the chute, the post is nevertheless protected against unauthorised removal.
Optimal weather protection
The BASIC letterbox systems are optimally protected from the elements and rainwater by optional rain canopies. In addition, the letterbox modules feature a drip edge to divert rainwater.
