What is an electronic parcel locker system?
An electronic parcel locker system is a modular system with several separately lockable parcel lockers that are managed via a digital control system. The delivery person gains access to a free compartment via a central user interface (e.g. touchscreen), deposits the parcel and locks it electronically. The recipient is automatically notified and can open the compartment later by entering a code or scanning a QR code.
