Internal Sales (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Processing customer orders and projects
- Handling order-specific requirements as the link between production and customers
- Preparing quotations
- Handling complaints
- Customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Providing technical advice to customers and prospects
- Representing Briefkasten Manufaktur Lippe GmbH at trade fairs, in-house exhibitions and events
Profile:
- Do you have a completed commercial apprenticeship and professional experience in internal sales, possibly at an international level?
- Are you characterised by a structured, independent, responsible and customer-oriented way of working, and do you have the ability to set priorities and plan activities as economically as possible?
- Do you have an excellent command of German, a good command of English and, optionally, basic knowledge of French?

Production Operative (Metal Construction) (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture of assemblies (mailboxes / mailbox systems) and components from individual parts using various joining techniques (e.g. screwing or riveting)
- Sawing, drilling, cutting threads
- Assembly and installation of components and assemblies into products, including functionality and quality checks during the work processes
- Packaging of products
Profile:
- Training as an industrial mechanic specialising in plant engineering or as a plant locksmith, or an equivalent qualification is an advantage
- Manual dexterity
- Motivated to learn something new or to expand existing knowledge
- Good to very good knowledge of German, both written and spoken
- Reliability and resilience
- Careful and precise working style
- Forklift certificate desirable
- Driving licence category B (formerly class 3) desirable
