Design letterbox pedestal GRIMM - A masterpiece of letterbox manufacturing
The GRIMM letterbox column combines modern design with first-class workmanship - ideal for discerning clients and architects who are looking for an elegant solution for integrating a camera and built-in loudspeaker. Made from high-quality stainless steel and completely "Made in Germany" by the letterbox manufacturer Lippe, this model stands for durability, functionality and a stylish look. The powder-coated front panel made of 2 mm V2A stainless steel impresses with its timeless appearance and high corrosion resistance.
Compatible with popular manufacturers: LOXONE, Siedle, Busch-Jaeger, Gira, TCS, Legrand BTicino, Ritto, STR Elektronik, ELCOM, HHG, Comelit, Mobotix, HIKVISION and many others available on request.
The preparation for a camera (not included in the scope of delivery) provides a secure basis for modern video surveillance directly at the building entrance. Preparation for built-in loudspeakers is also possible - on request with a suitable universal adapter for various intercom stations. This means the letterbox can be perfectly adapted to your existing technology.
The GRIMM letterbox impresses with its modern design, high-quality workmanship and sophisticated functionality. Equipped with a classic stainless steel lever lock including dust protection cap, the locking mechanism is reliably protected from the weather and guarantees a long service life. Mail can be conveniently removed from the rear - ideal if the letterbox is integrated into a wall or fence. Mail is inserted from the front and is supported by high-quality axle dampers, which allow the flap to close gently and quietly. Thanks to the practical design, your mail remains securely in the box even when the flap is opened. The GRIMM is particularly flexible thanks to its double box system: the pillar can be installed during the shell construction phase, while the front panel is only fitted once the construction work has been completed. This protects the letterbox from dirt and damage during the construction phase and ensures that it looks perfect when you move in.
Thanks to the DIN/EN 13724 standard, the GRIMM is ideal for large letters in C4 format, which can be inserted without creasing. The GRIMM letterbox impresses with its durable quality, timeless design and sophisticated functionality.
A special feature of the GRIMM designer letterbox pedestal is the fully welded pedestal made of solid V2A stainless steel, powder-coated in the colour of your choice. This design guarantees maximum stability and an exceptionally long service life - even with long-term outdoor use. The fully welded construction creates a seamless, robust body with no visible screw or plug connections, which not only emphasises the elegant appearance, but also prevents moisture and dirt from penetrating. The precisely sanded seams ensure a homogeneous appearance and give the stele a particularly high-quality look. The design also enables invisible cable routing within the pillar so that all electrical connections for the DoorBird video intercom system and other smart home components can be installed safely and securely. This unique production method sets new standards in terms of design and functionality and makes the GRIMM letterbox pedestal a future-proof solution for modern architectural projects.

- Double box system: The front panel can be easily installed after completion of the construction work and replaced at any time.
- The fully welded pedestal is made of 2 mm stainless steel V2A 1.4301, powder-coated in the colour of your choice. Overall height is 1.70 m.
- Invisible cable feed through the body is possible.
- The pedestal is fitted with a VA base plate. This is 10 mm thick and is finished with a cover plate. This conceals the fixing plugs.
Important information:
To achieve optimum water protection for your mail, the letterbox or letterbox system should be located under a canopy if possible.
The mail is only protected from water if it is fully inserted in the box and the flap is closed. Mail that is not fully inserted allows moisture and dirt to enter the letterbox. This system is protected against the ingress of water in accordance with DIN EN 13724. Water ingress is not a reason for complaint.

Briefkasten Manufaktur only uses systems, components and individual parts from well-known manufacturers in Germany. But our customer service doesn't end with your order: After your order, you may receive a design drawing by email as a PDF to realise your wishes down to the last detail. Your wishes will be considered in detail and even special requests that go beyond our configuration offer can be realised. After your production approval, your letterbox is customised and conveniently delivered by parcel post. Our customer service does not end here either, we ensure that the stainless steel letterboxes, letterbox systems, doorbells and lights are delivered to you in perfect condition with customised packaging.
And if you don't like a product you have purchased or something is not to your liking, you don't run any risk with us as a consumer. You can return our products within two weeks.

Every product at Briefkasten Manufaktur is customised and is only made by hand for you after you place your order. Many of our products can therefore be ordered directly in the shop with countless customisations. This is possible thanks to the modular structure, flexible prefabrication, warehousing and logistics. Individual components are already prefabricated so that very short delivery times can be achieved in some cases.
Simple installation thanks to well thought-out designs
Our letterbox systems are supplied with detailed and easy-to-understand documentation and assembly aids and are usually fully assembled within a very short time.
