The GRIMM designer letterbox pillar combines modern design, high-quality workmanship and maximum flexibility. Made from 2 mm V2A stainless steel and powder-coated in a colour of your choice, the pillar impresses with its timeless elegance and extreme robustness. Thanks to the fully welded construction, there are no visible screws or rivets, creating a particularly elegant appearance. The letterbox and parcel box module is also fitted with invisible screws - for an elegant look at the highest level.
Particularly practical: the modules can be replaced even after many years. This means that your letterbox parcel post remains flexible and future-proof at all times. This model is manufactured by Briefkasten Manufaktur in Bad Salzuflen - quality work "Made in Germany".
A special feature of the system is the tried-and-tested mechanical parcel lock with T-handle, which enables delivery without a delivery person: the delivery person places the parcel in the open compartment and locks it with a simple click. The compartment remains locked until the authorised user opens it with their key. A clever solution - without electronics, without an app, but with maximum security. Whether DHL, UPS, DPD, GLS, Hermes or TNT - any parcel service can use the parcel box. This means you can receive your parcels securely and conveniently at any time, even when you are not at home.
The seamless integration of the Ekinex IP Dico video intercom system with the Delégo panel in 4, 8 or 10 inch sizes is particularly noteworthy. This high-quality solution offers modern, IP-based door communication with touch operation, intelligent control and brilliant image and sound quality. Precise integration into the front panel creates a harmonious overall look - perfectly matched to the architecture of modern residential and commercial buildings. The Delégo panels enable convenient control directly at the door or centrally in the building and offer a wide range of options for building networking.
The GRIMM letterbox is not only a visual highlight, it is also at the forefront in terms of functionality and quality. Thanks to the innovative push-key lock, the letterbox can be operated easily and conveniently with one hand. Open the door with one push and close the door without using a key. The lock is optimally protected from the weather. The letterbox also offers an intelligent removal system: the door opens from top to bottom, ensuring that the mail remains securely in the box and cannot fall towards you. It can also be conveniently inserted from the front, with high-quality axle dampers ensuring that the flap closes gently.
Thanks to the DIN/EN 13724 standard, the GRIMM is ideal for large letters in C4 format, which can be inserted without creasing. The GRIMM letterbox impresses with its durable quality, timeless design and sophisticated functionality.

Important information:
To achieve optimum water protection for your mail, the letterbox or letterbox system should be located under a canopy if possible.
The mail is only protected from water if it is fully inserted in the box and the flap is closed. Mail that is not fully inserted allows moisture and dirt to enter the letterbox. This system is protected against the ingress of water in accordance with DIN EN 13724. Water ingress is not a reason for complaint.

How does the push-key lock work?
With our latest development, the Push-Key lock, we are revolutionising the world of letterbox security. This pioneering lock is supplied with two keys.
What makes this lock so special is its ground-breaking, purely mechanical technology. The key simply needs to be inserted without the need for any turning action - a straightforward operation for the owner.
Closing the lock is just as easy: the flap is simply pushed shut. No more tedious handling or turning - our push-key lock offers maximum security with minimum effort. Experience a new era of user-friendliness and innovation in lock mechanisms.
The mechanical parcel lock with T-handle
The parcel compartment with T-handle parcel lock is ideal for receiving particularly large parcels. Here, the lock is open until a delivery person inserts the parcel and closes the lock. The parcel is now secured and can be removed by the occupants by unlocking the lock. The lock now remains open so that the next delivery person can insert your parcel. This mechanism is particularly suitable for large but few (usually 1 parcel per day) parcel consignments.

But our customer service doesn't end with your order: After your order, you may receive a design drawing by email as a PDF to realise your wishes down to the last detail. Your wishes will be considered in detail and even special requests that go beyond our configuration offer can be realised. After your production approval, your letterbox is customised and conveniently delivered by parcel post. Our customer service does not end here either, we ensure that the stainless steel letterboxes, letterbox systems, doorbells and lights are delivered to you in perfect condition with customised packaging.
And if you don't like a product you have purchased or something is not to your liking, as a consumer you run no risk with us. You can return our products within two weeks.

Every product at Briefkasten Manufaktur is customised and is only made by hand for you after you place your order. Many of our products can therefore be ordered directly in the shop with countless customisations. This is possible thanks to the modular structure, flexible prefabrication, warehousing and logistics. Individual components are already prefabricated so that very short delivery times can be achieved in some cases.
