The COMELIT IP video door intercom system with the TP6842 home station offers you a modern, networked solution for secure and convenient door communication. Thanks to IP technology, the system can be easily connected via a LAN cable, which enables a stable and powerful connection - perfect for new builds, modernisation and sophisticated smart home installations.
The high-quality outdoor station is supplied in a robust die-cast aluminium frame for surface mounting and can be finished in a RAL or DB colour of your choice - ideal for harmonious integration into design and architecture. The integrated wide-angle camera with an exceptionally large field of view of 160° horizontally and 100° vertically, combined with HD resolution, ensures clear images in any situation. The intelligent LED and infrared lighting guarantees optimum visibility even in the dark - visitors are clearly recognisable even at night.
Communication takes place in excellent hi-fi audio quality via an omnidirectional digital microphone and two powerful loudspeakers. For added accessibility, the module has visual and acoustic signals that can be individually programmed - an important function for users with special requirements. With two integrated relay outputs, the door station also offers the option of directly controlling door and gate openers. It can be conveniently controlled via the TP6842 indoor station or mobile via the COMELIT app on your smartphone or tablet. Only a PoE-capable power supply unit (Art. 1441) and optionally the COMELIT Switch 1440 are required for operation. The IP65 (dust and water jet-proof) and IK08 (impact-resistant) protection ratings emphasise the durability and reliability of the system in outdoor areas - even under the toughest conditions.
The elegant TP6842 home station is the smart operating centre of your IP door intercom system. With intuitive user guidance, a large display and app connection, it enables secure communication - even remotely. Via the COMELIT app, you can receive video calls, view live camera images, call up video messages or open doors and gates at any time - whether at home, in the office or on the move. Additional highlights such as facial recognition and voice control via Amazon Alexa make your access control even more convenient. Facial recognition allows doors to be opened contactlessly with just a quick glance - without the need for a key, code or app. Alexa integration requires no specialist knowledge and transforms your door intercom into a genuine smart home element.
