The Type 190 free-standing letterbox impresses with its solid stainless steel construction with a material thickness of 3 mm for the pillar and a 4 mm thick cover plate. The removal door is also made of 3 mm stainless steel and is fitted with an ABUS profile cylinder. If required, the lock can be easily replaced with a profile half cylinder of your choice (e.g. for a locking system).
The insertion flap is equipped with pneumatic damping and offers reliable protection against unauthorised removal of items thanks to toothed plates and steel pins. This sophisticated system prevents tampering and ensures that even bulky items remain safely inside.

Important information:
To achieve optimum water protection for your mail, the letterbox or letterbox system should be located under a canopy if possible.
The mail is only protected from water if it is completely placed in the box and the flap is closed. Mail that is not fully inserted allows moisture and dirt to enter the letterbox. This system is protected against the ingress of water in accordance with DIN EN 13724. Water ingress is not a reason for complaint.
